Before downloading our app, ensure you are registered for Online Banking. Not registered? Call us on 1300 131 844 or visit a branch.

Step 1 Go to your favourite app store
Step 2 Search ‘Police Credit Union Banking’ and click download
Step 3 Enter your Police Credit Union membership number and access password (same password used for Online Banking)
Step 4 Select and confirm your Banking App PIN, Pattern or Member ID
Step 5 Read and accept our Terms and Conditions.

You can now Bank On Us anytime, anywhere!

Using our Banking App is safe, secure and convenient. You can access your accounts via a PIN, Pattern, Member ID, Touch or Face ID^ and, as always, you are protected by our Guardian Fraud Protection Service*.
