Please take note that, effective 1 April 2023, the annual percentage rate applying to all variable Police Credit Union owner occupied and residential investment mortgage secured loans (including our Better Home Loan Special Offer and Equity Plus and Allegro Line of Credit Home Loans) will increase by 0.25% per annum for all new and existing loans, following the RBA’s announcement on 7 March 2023 to raise the target cash rate by 0.25% per annum.
