From 30 November 2024, we will no longer be able to offer the IVY Phone Banking Service. Unfortunately, this change is due to our phone banking partner retiring the service. The use of automated phone banking services is steadily declining and with no direct replacement, we will be unable to offer this type of automated banking service in the future.
But don’t worry, we have a range of other easy to use, safe and secure banking options like Online Banking and our Banking App, packed with extra features to assist you with your everyday banking needs – anytime, anywhere.

We will be conducting step-by-step seminars to demonstrate how you can easily and safely use convenient 24/7 banking services including Online Banking and our Banking App. If you’d like to attend a seminar, please email us at [email protected] or call 1300 131 844 to register your interest and we’ll keep you informed. - Branch Staff Guidance and Support
Our friendly branch staff are available to answer your questions, assist you with Online Banking guidance, provide free over-the-counter withdrawals/transfers, and assist you with paying bills. Find your closest branch. - Contact Centre Support
Our local Contact Centre is also available during business hours Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings (excluding public holidays) between 8.30am-12pm, simply call 1300 131 844.
What happens after 30 November 2024?
You will still be able to complete the following using Online Banking or our Banking App:
- Check your balance
- Transfer money
- Pay your bills using BPAY®
You will not be able to:
- Use IVY Phone Banking to obtain a balance or transfer money between your accounts.
What you need to do
- Register your interest for our Step-by-step Seminars if you’d like to know more about your alternative everyday banking options.
- Register for Online Banking and our Banking App if you intend to use these easy and secure options for your everyday banking needs. Registering is easy. Simply call 1300 131 844 or visit a branch.
Please note: The IVY Phone Banking service will be automatically terminated on 30 November 2024 and will have no effect on your account. You will not be required to action anything.
