| New for old replacement of a new vehicle after a total loss If your new vehicle is stolen or written off, Allianz may replace it with one of the same make and model if the following conditions are met:

| Legal liability cover Covers your legal liability for loss or damage to other people’s property and for supplementary bodily injury – up to $20 million for any one event or series of related events. |

| Approved legal costs from a liability claim Covers legal costs, as approved by Allianz, from a claim that’s covered by your policy. |
