You’ll need to print and complete the following forms in blue or black pen in BLOCK letters.

If you meet any of the below conditions, call us on 1300 131 844 or visit your local branch.
- Not a permanent resident of Australia.
- A citizen or resident of another country for tax purposes. We will require a Tax Identification Number (TIN) or an explanation code for not providing one.
- You or an immediate family member, or close associate are a Politically Exposed Person (an individual or immediate family member, or close associate of the individual who holds, or has held a prominent public position either domestically or internationally in a government body or international organisation).
- Been bankrupt or had any judgements or legal proceedings against you.
- You intend to use the account for business purposes.
As a Member you are a shareholder
Police Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution.
All our profits are reinvested into providing better service, rates, products, and value for all Members.
Becoming a Member means you also become a shareholder and we will require a once-off $10 payment for your share. You can choose to make this payment via electronic transfer after your account has been opened or in branch.
