You can personalise your account names through Online Banking, these account names will then appear on the Banking App as well. This is helpful as you can use nicknames to quickly recognise different accounts. You can even nickname different accounts with different savings goals, e.g. ‘Overseas Holiday’ or ‘First Home’.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select Settings and choose Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Personalise Account Name and choose display.
- In the Nickname box, type in your desired account name. Note: Do not enter the word “account” in your new account name as it is not needed and will be automatically removed. The maximum length of the account name is 22 characters.
- Select Save.
These new names will appear on each of your accounts in Online Banking and in the Banking App.
