What is Online Redraw?
If you find yourself ahead on your home loan repayments, you may be able to access those funds to make other purchases. Maybe it’s a renovation, a holiday or an investment opportunity…
Accessing the redraw funds is easy and free using Online Banking or our Banking App. Minimum redraw amount is $200.
Redraw with Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select ‘Payments’ > then choose ‘Transfer Money’ or ‘BPAY®‘
- Select your ‘Transfer From’ Account
- Select your ‘Transfer To’ Account/Payee
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer
- Initiate the transfer.
Redraw with our Banking App
- Click on the ‘Pay’ icon on the home screen or ‘Transfers & Payments’ in the main (hamburger) menu.
- Choose ‘Transfer’/’Transfer Between Accounts’ or to transfer to someone else select ‘Pay Anyone’ or make a payment using ‘BPAY’.
- Then simply follow the prompts, making sure you have correctly chosen the account you wish the funds to transfer ‘From’ and ‘To’.
- Finalise the transfer/payment by selecting ‘Pay’.

If any of your CDR data is incorrect, please contact us. You can also send a Secure Message via the Inbox in Online Banking or the Banking App. We will not charge any fee for requests to correct customer CDR data.
